Thanks for playing Blockwright! Here are answers to common questions. If you need more help, email support@onyxtech.info and we'll get back to you.
Drag the pieces from the tray onto the 8ร8 board. Fill an entire row or column and it clears, scoring points and making room. There is no clock โ the only pressure is space.
Pieces never rotate and never overlap. If the outline shows red, some cell under the piece is already occupied or hangs off the board. The preview highlights every legal landing spot while you drag, so aim for a white outline.
When none of the pieces left in your tray can fit anywhere on the board. That's why it's worth keeping open space in the middle rather than filling neatly from one corner.
Clearing several lines with a single placement is worth more than clearing them one at a time, and clearing on consecutive placements builds a streak multiplier. The streak resets the moment a placement clears nothing.
No โ the tray refills only once you've used all of its pieces. Planning around all of the pieces you're holding, rather than just the next one, is most of the game.
Yes. Blockwright saves after every placement, so closing the app and coming back later picks up the same board โ same pieces, same score.
Your best score is stored locally on your device. Deleting and reinstalling the app, or clearing its storage, resets it. Blockwright does not use cloud saves or accounts.
Neither. Blockwright plays entirely offline, has no accounts, no ads, no tracking, and no in-app purchases. See the privacy policy.
